LUMI PRE-LOVED: A new life to your pre-loved LUMI bags and accessories.
We manufacture all LUMI bags and accessories responsibly and carefully so that they get the longest and best life possible even after their first user.
You can now either resell your own pre-loved LUMIs easily and quickly through us or buy second hand from our own, curated and wonderful LUMI Pre-loved collection.

RESELL WITH US AND TURN YOUR PRE-LOVED LUMIS INTO VOUCHERS
WE HAVE MADE RESELLING AS EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU:
Send your pre-loved LUMI items back to us and we will find a new home for them! In return, you will receive a gift card to our online store with which you can buy either new or pre-loved LUMI items. We will pay you 80% or 60% of the estimated resale price for each approved item as a gift card. You will receive the gift card almost immediately and you don’t need to wait for the items to be sold. Easy, quick and responsible. Our recycling partner is Ninyes, which is the first and only marketplace for used, responsibly manufactured clothing and accessories in Northern Europe.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Fill out and send the reselling form
2. Pack your LUMI items and include a note with your name, phone number, and emaill address (see shipping instructions below).
3. Once we have processed your items, you will receive the refund value and after you accept, we send you the voucher.
For each item that is eligible for resale, we will pay you a compensation calculated from the estimated resale price. The compensation is as follows:
• Resale price of €10–80 → we pay you 60%
• Resale price of over €80 → we pay you 80% on the value above €80
QUICK AND EASY:
The compensation is paid as a gift card, which you will receive within two weeks of sending your items. A handling fee of €2.80 per item and any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the gift card amount. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Used LUMI bags and accessories. All items should be in good condition, intact and clean and have an intact brand label. The assumed selling price for each item must be at least € 10.

Dirty, stained, broken, clearly faded or discolored items. Samples, factory seconds or items with cut brand labels.
WHY RESELL?
In order to have all LUMI bags and accessories to be used as long as possible and to make reselling them as easy, as safe and as beneficial as possible for you. The greater the use of a bag, the lower its overall impact on nature. By reselling, we can greatly reduce the carbon footprint of our bags and accessories. Thanks for caring and reselling!
