And, we want to make it easy for you! Delivery charges are additional to product prices, except on orders over 300€, when delivery is free.

Our Online Shop is responsible for loss or damage of the product during delivery. We’ll choose the best service provider to deliver your LUMI product. All actions from you are just a signature when you receive LUMI. LUMI Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. LUMI Accessories also reserves the right to perform partial deliveries.

Our Online Shop aims to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt and credit card authorization. Please note that additional customs, duties and brokerage charges may apply depending on the destination and will be collected at the time of delivery. This is part of your responsibility.
