All Supermarket Bags come with interchangeable straps, two short ones and one long one. They are attached by LUMI’s signature snap-on system and are designed for a perfect fit — these straps do not slip or rub your shoulder. To have the straps positioned correctly, thread the loop snaps through the holes from back to front. Both snaps should always face the front side of the bag. When attaching the long strap, thread the loop snaps through both attachment holes at the same time and lock them in together.

Eco means that the leather bag is made of certified vegetable tanned, chrome-free leather. Only natural dyes are used during the tanning process. Due to the natural dies, only earthy and woody tones like black and brown are available through this method. The Classic bags are made of chrome dyed leather because it allows us to use all the delicious colors of the rainbow.

All LUMI bags are designed in Finland and manufactured either in Portugal, Spain or India. The manufacturing country depends on the leather and collection in question. Our manufacturers are long time partners of ours with a long history of bag making behind them. Our Indian manufacturers guarantee modern and safe working conditions for their workers with long working contracts and good social security. We strive to produce small collections in Finland as well, but unfortunately we’ve had problems finding a domestic leather bag manufacturer that could handle our production process. The manufacturing country is mentioned inside all LUMI bags.

All LUMI products have a 2 year warranty. If any problems occur with your product during a year from purchase we will fix it free of charge. If we aren’t able to fix it we will exchange your bag for a new one. To validate the warranty we need the receipt of purchase, so please always save your LUMI receipt. Thanks!

SHIPPING & RETURNS

The delivery time depends on availability, shipping destination and couriers. Estimated delivery time for all orders is 2-7 workdays from order placement. Domestic orders in Finland are sent to you by Posti. Overseas orders are shipped with DHL.

Tracking codes will be sent to the email or phone number you have provided us with in your order. If you haven’t received the tracking codes for some reason, please contact us at info@lumiaccessories.com and we will send them to you as soon as possible.

You have the right to return or exchange your order from the date you received the product(s) within 14 days. Product(s) must be unused and complete. We will not refund the return cost. Only if the product is defective or incorrect the return cost will be refunded. You are responsible for the product until it reaches LUMI. Before returning contact us at info@lumiaccessories.com.
