TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The rental period will start counting from the day the client picks it up. When you pay for the rental of the product online, it will remain reserved for you for 48 hours. After this period, if the product has not been collected for use, we will put it available back online, and charge you 50% of the rental period.
If the rented product is not returned after 24 hours of the deadline, the client will be charged 15 euros extra per day.
In case of product missing for 7 days or more or in case of severe damage, the full retail price of the product will be invoiced to the customer.
In case of light defective, the repair fixed fee of 30 euros will be invoiced to the customer.
All bags will be inspected upon return at Le Lumi Lab.
Once you have completed the transaction, we consider that you have fully agreed with all terms and conditions.
Customer cannot RENT and BUY under the same transaction.
After the pickup of the rented item, the responsibility of the item lies with the client until the item is returned to LUMI.
Products are only available for Pickup at LUMI Showroom Pursimiehenkatu 14, Helsinki.
