LOVE IT, RENT IT
In our ongoing effort to create more sustainable fashion choices for our customers, we are very happy to announce the launch of LUMI RENTAL, a hand-picked selection of exclusive LUMI bags that you can rent for one week, or more.
Please note that all products listed below are for rental purposes only. After the one week rental period, your product must be returned to LUMI Supermarket. This is part of the LUMI Sustainability Program to encourage a circular and sustainable fashion economy. As such, we expect clients to treat their rental product with respect, so that it may be passed on to the next customer.*

1. Navigate to the rental selection @ www.lumiaccessories.com/lumi-rental.
2. Choose your bag and rental period, via the rental calendar on the product page. All rental products are 29€ / week.
3. Fill in your information.
4. Pay through our secure payment system.
5. Pick up the bag from the LUMI Supermarket store @ Aleksanterinkatu 28, Helsinki, within the next 48 hours.
6. Enjoy your bag for 7 days.
7. Return the bag to LUMI Supermarket after the rental period is over.
All rental bags are 29€ per week.
Of course — should you want to keep the bag, you can purchase it after the rental period with a -30% discount.
Please note that you cannot RENT and BUY the bag under the same transaction. If you wish to purchase the product after the rental period, a separate transaction will be required at the LUMI Supermarket.
Once you have completed the transaction, we consider that you have read and fully agreed with all terms and conditions.
The rental period will start counting from the day the client picks it up. When you pay for the rental of the product online, it will remain reserved for you for 48 hours. After this time, if the product has not been collected for use, we will put it back online for rent, and charge you 50% of the rental fee.
Products are only available for Pickup at LUMI Supermarket store in Helsinki.
After the pickup of the rented item, the responsibility for the item lies solely with the client, until the item is returned to LUMI.
If the rented product is not returned after 24 hours of the deadline, the client will be charged 15 euros extra per day.
Each rental item has an information sheet regarding its condition, which is filled out at the start of the rental period, just like rental cars. Any changes or defects that occur during the rental period will then be compared with this information sheet.
In case of a light defect, the repair fee of 30 euros will be invoiced to the customer.
In case of case of severe damage, or if the product is missing for 7 days or more, the full retail price of the product will be invoiced to the customer.
All bags will be inspected upon return at LUMI Supermarket.
Please note that the client cannot RENT and BUY under the same transaction. If you wish to purchase the product after the rental period, a separate transaction will be required at the LUMI Supermarket.
